Welcome to the homepage of the American Osteopathic Conjoint Committee of Hospice and Palliative Medicine. The Hospice and Palliative Medicine (HPM) Certificate of Added Qualifications was developed by a conjoint effort of the American Osteopathic Boards of Family Physicians, Internal Medicine, Neurology and Psychiatry and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. This CAQ is designed to recognize excellence among physicians who are specialists in HPM.

The Clinical Practice Pathway has been extended for one additional year. Applications must be submitted no later than 12/31/13 for the 2014 examination which will be the last opportunity to take the exam under the Clinical Practice Pathway.
