Welcome to the homepage of the American Osteopathic Conjoint Committee of Hospice and Palliative Medicine . The Hospice and Palliative Medicine (HPM) Certificate of Added Qualifications was developed by a conjoint effort of the American Osteopathic Boards of Family Physicians , Internal Medicine, Neurology and Psychiatry and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. This CAQ is designed to recognize excellence among physicians who are specialists in HPM.
