Welcome to the homepage of the American Osteopathic Conjoint Committee of Hospice and Palliative Medicine. The Hospice and Palliative Medicine (HPM) Certificate of Added Qualifications was developed by a conjoint effort of the American Osteopathic Boards of Family Physicians, Internal Medicine, Neurology and Psychiatry and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. This CAQ is designed to recognize excellence among physicians who are specialists in HPM.
